Pickleball
is the fastest growing sport in America. The game combines elements of tennis, ping-pong and badminton. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
Lisa Frumhoff’s Pickleball Bio:
Lisa Frumhoff has been teaching pickleball for over 4 years and is a dual certified Professional Instructor with both PPR Pro Level I, PPR Coach Developer and IPTPA Level I + II.
She is a winner of over 35 medals in tournament competitions and has competed in multiple years at the National Pickleball Championship earning 4th place in singles and also competing in the World Championships, among many other regional and local tournaments.
Lisa is the Pickleball Pro at Westwood Country Club since 2022. Lisa is a Pickleball Professional with Padel + Pickle, Richmond Heights Community Center and Adventure Unknown.
Lisa enjoys working with people at all skill levels, beginner to advanced, from athletes and those who have never played a sport. Lisa has worked with over 100 clients and has taught both in the USA and Internationally in Turks & Caicos at Club Med in 2023 and in Jamaica for two 1-week visits as the Visiting Pro at the Couples Resort in Negril.
Lisa is an ambassador with Selkirk Sports, Jigsaw Health, Titan Ball Machines, Enhance Pickleball, Top-Spin-Pro, Medicileaf and Just Ingredients.
Lisa is a native to St. Louis, born and raised in University City and a proud graduate of the UCity Schools. Lisa has a BA in Mathematics from University of Missouri in Columbia. At the University of S & T in Rolla, Lisa is a 2 time inductee in the Athletic Hall of Fame both in 2002 and 2012. In 1983 Lisa was awarded All-America as the starting soccer goalkeeper 1983-1985, still holding records at the school.
Lisa loves spending time with her Aussie Shepherd Lena and her two cats, Lucy and Desi.
